Average Billing
Heart of Texas Electric's average billing plan helps smooth out the highs and lows of your monthly electric bill. An average is calculated by using the last 12 months history of your account. This amount changes each month based on the last 12 months history. You may pay more than your actual usage during low consumption months, and less than actual during high consumption months. You may qualify for Budget Billing if there is no past due amount on your account and your current bill is paid in full.
If you are interested in this service please fill out an authorization sheet and return it to our office. If you are eligible, it will begin on your next bill.

Bank Draft
If you choose, you may arrange for us to draft your bank account monthly for the amount of your electric bill. Your account will be billed as usual. Approximately 15 days after issuance of the bill, the total amount due will be drafted from your account. This delay allows you to contact our office if you have any questions regarding your bill.

Credit Card Payments
